Problem
On-prem phones, inconsistent extensions, and no tie-in to CRM or dispatch meant missed calls and duplicate entry after every conversation.
What we advised and built
Mapped call flows by role and location, migrated numbers in change windows, and integrated logging where it reduced duplicate data entry—not vanity integrations.
Outcome
Predictable call routing and documented failover. Staff know how to transfer, park, and log calls without a binder of vendor PDFs.
