- Will this be a sales pitch?
- No. You paid for the time—it is yours. We listen, ask direct questions, and leave you with priorities and a plain-language next step. If we are not the right fit, we will say so.
- Can we sign an NDA before the call?
- Yes. Email info@stromtech.ai with your standard NDA or ask us to send ours. We are happy to execute one before sensitive details come up.
- Do you work remote / nationwide?
- Yes. We are based in Northern Wyoming and work with ops-led teams across the United States. Discovery and most delivery are remote-friendly.
- Does the $99 credit toward future work?
- If you move forward with a scoped engagement within 30 days of the call, we credit the $99 toward that work. Otherwise the fee covers the session itself.
- What if I am not ready to commit?
- That is fine. You still leave with clarity on what to fix first. Use the Workflow Diagnostic beforehand if you want shared language—we can talk through results on the call.
- What is your refund policy?
- The $99 booking fee is non-refundable once the slot is reserved. If you need to reschedule, use the link in your confirmation email. The 30-day credit toward engagement applies when you proceed with STROMTECH on scoped work.
