ERP implementation & workflow consulting
Advised growing operators on workflows, then implemented ERP changes that matched how work actually moves.
Context
Growth-stage companies outgrowing QuickBooks-and-spreadsheet operations.
Problem
Teams were ready for an ERP but feared a multi-year rewrite. Process owners were not aligned on what “done” looked like, and prior tool purchases had shelfware risk.
What we advised and built
Documented current-state workflows, sequenced must-have vs nice-to-have modules, and implemented in slices with owners named for each handoff—not a big-bang cutover.
Outcome
Clearer ownership of order-to-cash and inventory paths. Finance and ops share a vocabulary for exceptions instead of reconciling in side spreadsheets.
