Customer follow-up automation
Outbound automation that nudges customers who have not responded to an estimate within a set window.
Context
A services business sending estimates that sometimes stalled in customer inboxes.
Problem
Revenue leaked when follow-ups depended on someone remembering to check a spreadsheet or resend an email. Tone and timing were inconsistent; leadership had no visibility into open estimates.
What we advised and built
Defined follow-up windows and messaging guardrails, connected the estimate source to a small automation that sends a friendly nudge—and logs status so sales knows what is still open.
Outcome
Follow-ups happen on a predictable cadence without manual chasing. The team sees which estimates are waiting on a customer response instead of guessing from memory.
