Context

Teams on legacy Exchange, POP, or aging hosted mail with calendar and contact sprawl.

Problem

Cutover fear—lost mail, broken calendars, and field staff offline during harvest or job season. DNS and autodiscover mysteries blocked progress for months.

What we advised and built

Inventory mailboxes and dependencies, staged migration in batches, validated SPF/DKIM/DMARC, and trained admins on support playbooks before go-live.

Outcome

Predictable cutover windows with rollback paths. Users keep mail, calendars, and mobile access without re-learning everything at once.
